Who it is for

IT solutions companies that sell more than one kind of thing

If your quotations routinely carry hardware, professional services, licenses and a support retainer on the same document — and your current tools make you split that across three systems — you are who it is built for.
Owner or executive
Dashboards, approval visibility and an audit trail.
Sales manager
Quotation approval, pipeline and margin visibility.
Sales staff
A fast quotation builder and customer history.
Presales engineer
Technical scope templates, bills of materials and services.
Finance officer
Invoicing, payment allocation, ageing and receipts.
Procurement officer
Purchase requests, orders, receiving and supplier records.
Service technician
Service orders, tasks and SLA tracking.
System administrator
Teams, roles, permissions, audit logs and module toggles.
What it is not

Being clear about the boundaries

Not a retail POS
Retail systems assume shelf inventory and a single transaction type. Neither assumption survives contact with an IT solutions deal.
Not an ERP
No general ledger, no payroll, no HR. It hands off to accounting rather than replacing it.
Not generally available
The system runs and the core modules are built, but it is still hardening. Access is granted case by case, and there is no public pricing yet.

Tell us what your quotations actually look like

The most useful thing an early-access conversation produces is a real quotation with its real complications in it.
